Gut-Friendly Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 large handfuls spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt + 2 tbsp to swirl around the cup

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Swirl yogurt inside the cup with the back of a spoon.
  • Enjoy!
